Refund and Returns Policy

At Pet Loot, we want you (and your pets!) to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

🐾 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You’ll need proof of purchase (your order number is fine!)

Some items, like perishable goods, personalized products, or opened hygiene items (e.g. pet wipes, grooming products), are non-returnable unless defective.

🐾 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing time varies by payment provider.

🐾 Exchanges

Need a different size or product? Shoot us an email—we’re happy to help with an exchange if the item is still in stock.

🐾 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll fix it fast—either with a replacement or full refund.

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation
  • A photo (if it helps)

We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
